This week is all about getting clarity on where you're at, where you're going, and why you're committed to get there.

Week 2 - Drink Your Water

Because hydration is so vital to overall wellness, we're going to start by calculating how much you need and making sure you get it.

Week 3 - Supplements

Do you know what supplements lead to better health?  This week will lead to changes in every system from your brain to your skin.

Week 4 - Light Exercise

Exercise is the most under-utilized "drug" out there.  We're going to be incorporating light exercise into your daily routine this week.

Week 5 - Breakfast and Alkalinity

Week five is about ensuring that you get adequate amounts of protein at breakfast and also that you add alkalinity boosting practices to your morning routine.

Week 6 - Essential Fatty Acids

This week will be about incorporating the right fats into your diet.  EFAs fight the inflammation that makes you hold onto extra water weight.

Week 7 - Strength Training

Week 7 is about teaching you the basics of resistance training.  We will begin incorporating strength training every other day.

Week 8 - Up the Fiber

Out with the old, in with the new.  Fiber is like a broom to keep your insides clean.  With your gut health on the mend, this step will really get things moving.

 

Week 9 - Meditation

For this program, we decided to start healing your physical body first, but adding a meditation habit could have been first on the list because getting your mind right is so vital.

Week 10 - Stretching

Week 10 will teach you simple yoga moves to give you those long, beautiful muscles and keep your spine aligned.

Week 11 - Foam Rolling

Foam rolling is a great way to boost your immunity as it helps your lymphatic system. It's like giving yourself a daily massage!

Week 12 - Sugar Detox

We will be learning how to spot added sugar on nutrition labels and learning how and why to avoid both sugar and artificial sweeteners.

Weeks 13-14 - Bringing it All Together

Weeks 13-14 are about incorporating everything you've learned so far and devising a plan to make it stick moving forward.
