Week 1 - Mindset and Vision

This week is all about getting clarity on where you're at, where you're going, and why you're committed to get there.

Week 2 - Water and Supplements

Because hydration and filling your nutritional gaps is so vital to overall wellness, we're going to start there.

Week 3 - Fiber and Probiotics

When we start healing your digestive system, you will see changes in every other system from your brain to your skin.

Week 4 - Light Exercise

Exercise is the most under-utilized "drug" out there.  We're going to be incorporating walking into your daily routine this week.

Week 5 - Breakfast and Alkalinity

Week five is about ensuring that you get 30 grams of protein at breakfast and also that you add alkalinity boosting practices to your morning routine.

Week 6 - Essential Fatty Acids

This week will be about incorporating more omega 3s into your diet.  We will be discussing the benefits of both fish oil and flax oil.

Week 7 - Strength Training

Week 7 is about teaching you the basics of resistance training.  We will begin incorporating strength training every other day.

Week 8 - Foam Rolling

Foam rolling is a great way to boost your immunity as it helps your lymphatic system.  It's like giving yourself a daily massage!

Week 9 - Sugar Detox

We will be learning how to spot added sugar on nutrition labels and learning how and why to avoid both sugar and artificial sweeteners.

Week 10 - Bringing it All Together

Week 10 is about incorporating everything you've learned so far and devising a plan to make it stick moving forward.
