What's for dinner, Mom?

You're in your car on your way home from your 9-5, your evening's schedule on the brain and no idea what's for dinner. Your family and an empty fridge are waiting for you at home so you hit the drive-thru . . . again!?!

Or maybe you've given into hotdogs at the ballpark.   Or ordering the third crappy pizza this week.  I get it.  There's so much to balance when it comes to meal-time that sometimes budget and hunger and kids' opinions about food and a myriad of other things overrides nutrition.  You'll feed them better tomorrow night - or next week - or sometime, but not tonight.


You’re not alone, mom.  Do you know that most parents say the time after work – that is, the dinner-time, bed-time hustle is the most stressful part of their day?  That’s right – more stressful than any of their work hours.

I'm right there with you.  I've studied nutrition.  I know that it effects every aspect of my kids' mental and physical well-being AND YET . . . I can't tell you how many times I've been in that EXACT SAME PREDICAMENT.

And I'll tell you what I did in the most stressful months.  I got ORGANIZED!  And I want to help you do the same.


A Strategy for Eating Well and Feeding Your Family the Way You Really Intend To



I want you to think about something for me.  Think about one of those rare days when you planned ahead and had a roast in the crockpot when you left for work in the morning.  How you went about your day feeling somehow more accomplished and put together.  Or think about that time you had your veggies chopped up in baggies in the fridge and ready for everyone to grab as a healthy snack on their way out the door in the morning.

Don’t you just love that feeling? 

What if I said I have a way for you to experience that feeling every day this month?
